Hello, I am İlkay Şanlıtürk;

 

         I graduated from Uludağ University Tourism Management (2002) and Anadolu University Business Administration (2008). International and industry-leading companies in over 15 years (Elda Drinks - Efe Raki, Hunca Cosmetic Ind. Co. and Nestle Turkey) I worked at the executive level.

         Over the years, I have had various achievements in team management, management and leadership in my career process, each one of them unique experiences. I had the opportunity to get to know people of many different characters and positions, and it enriched me and my perspectives in getting to know people, communicating and diversifying.

 

         I completed the Professional Coaching training modules at Sola Unitas Academy, which is approved by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), which is an expert in the field of Coaching, where I started to receive trainings in 2019. I also took Team Coaching and Relationship Coaching trainings at the same institution and advanced my expertise in these areas. I continued my trainings at Sola Unitas Academy on Coaching for 2 years and completed my ACTP graduation in January 2021 and became a coach of ICF Global and got the title (ACC, PCC, MCC).

 

       With the trainings I received in 2019 within the Aurum Era Competence Institute (Direction and Management)

I completed the 5-12 Age Child Coaching - Coaching Game Tools Trainer Certificate Program. It is a training approved under CCE by the international organization ICF. Accompanying our children (Preschool and Primary School Period) to be healthy and happy individuals who can recognize themselves, discover their potential, express their feelings correctly, and with the competence of coaching, we are in the sweet pride of being able to benefit our children thanks to these games, which are unique in their field and with the Licensed Coaching game tools. I also offer this service to you.

 

        In the same period, by completing the Mind and Intelligence Games Instructor program at Yıldız Technical University, I am carrying out studies for older children and young people by combining supporting games and coaching in areas such as developing themselves in education and private life, strategic thinking, and finding alternative ways.

 

       By combining this experience with the trainings I have received, I made a brand new initiative in 2020. Under the umbrella of Alya Academy Training - Coaching - Consultancy Company, which I have established in London, England, I offer all these services professionally in order to provide you with high benefits.
